Jain & Associates, Chartered Accountants is a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm with over 35 years experience in the field of Accounts, Audits, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Management Consultancies, Anti Dumping Duties, etc. The firm was started as a sole proprietorship firm by Mr. Jinesh Kumar Jain in a small office with limited client base, which was converted into a partnership concern with the admission of Mr. Rishabh Jain as a partner into the firm. Mr. Jinesh Jain is a fellow member of the Institute Of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and a qualified DISA and a qualified Insolvency Professional.

Mr. Jain is well known among the professional circles and is a tax committee member of various chamber of commerce in the city, such as Calcutta Chamber of Commerce and Mercantile Chamber of Commerce. Having over 3 decades of experience in the field of finance, audit, taxation and consultancy, he has advised clients on various legal and taxation matters. He has advised clients on various investment related matters and has a deep understanding of the assurance services

Rishabh Jain

Mr. Rishabh Jain is an Associate Member of the Institute Of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst, (CFA, USA).

Rishabh Jain (Partner) He has worked as a consultant in the transaction tax department of EY, and was involved in the structuring and implementation of amalgamation/ merger of MNC’s as well as Indian companies. Having a deep understanding in the field of finance, he has advised clients on various issues of capital management, taxations matters, mergers and amalgamations, anti dumping duty matters and various investments matters. He has successfully structured deals for various e-commerce companies helping them acquiring funding in a most tax efficient manner. He has advised clients on various taxation, accounting, budgeting, restructuring exercise, legal compliances in the iron casting industry, glassware industry, printing and packaging units to name a few.
